Dataminr broadly excludes liability for:

New York law applies. Claims must be brought exclusively in courts located in New York County, New York, and class actions are barred.

7. Changes and Termination

Dataminr may suspend, terminate, or modify the Site or Terms at any time, for any reason, with or without notice. Changes become effective when posted. Continued access is treated as acceptance.

Practical implication: Users must check the Site regularly; there is no promise of email or individualized notice.
