Scope: Veradigm websites and solutions that link to this notice. Protected health information (PHI) handled as a HIPAA business associate is generally governed by HIPAA, not this notice, and may be outside state consumer-privacy laws.

1. Data Collection and Use

Information you provide

Veradigm may collect:

• Name, email address, telephone number, and possibly mailing address when you use “Contact Us.”
• Other personal information and login credentials, such as a user ID and password, for restricted areas of the Sites.
• Information you voluntarily submit in communications or requests.

You may generally browse without providing this information, but refusing to provide it may prevent access to certain areas or services.

Information collected automatically

Through cookies and similar technologies, Veradigm may collect:

• IP address, browser type, operating system, internet service provider, and device-related information.
• Pages visited, visit dates and times, referring websites, links followed, and interactions with the Sites.
• Activity across different devices and third-party websites for advertising purposes.

Cookies may be necessary, statistical, preference-based, or marketing-related. Google Analytics and other Google technologies may be used.

Purposes

Veradigm may use information to:

• Operate, secure, personalize, and improve its Sites and services.
• Respond to questions and provide requested information.
• Conduct marketing, targeted advertising, and retargeting on third-party platforms.
• Analyze usage and develop products and services.
• Detect fraud, control access, and protect users and systems.

Veradigm says it generally retains personal data only as long as necessary, then deletes or anonymizes it.

2. Sensitive Information

Veradigm says it will not collect sensitive information through the Sites unless required and asks users not to submit information such as government or financial account numbers, health, genetic, biometric, racial or ethnic information, political or religious views, criminal history, or union membership unless specifically requested.

3. User Rights and Choices

Rights vary by location. Residents of states with comprehensive privacy laws—such as California and Colorado—may have additional rights described in Veradigm’s Supplemental State Privacy Notice. The main notice does not detail those rights or explain the verification, appeal, response-time, or authorized-agent procedures.

Available choices include:

4. Third-Party Sharing

• Vendors and contractors providing services such as mailing, fulfillment, and email campaigns. They are contractually restricted from using or reselling the information for unrelated purposes.
• Advertising partners that deliver ads and measure engagement and conversions.
• Third parties you direct Veradigm to use, including social-media widgets.
• A buyer or successor in a merger, sale, or other corporate transaction.
• Government authorities or others when legally required.

Data may be transferred, accessed, and stored globally. Third-party websites linked from Veradigm Sites are governed by their own privacy policies, not this notice.

5. AI/ML Training

The notice does not state whether personal data is used to train, fine-tune, or evaluate artificial-intelligence or machine-learning models. It permits use for product development, analytics, marketing, and de-identified or aggregated purposes, but those provisions should not be interpreted as a clear AI-training commitment. Users seeking certainty should request clarification from Veradigm.

6. Key User Obligations and Risks

• Do not submit sensitive personal data unless Veradigm specifically requests it.

• Continuing to use the Sites after an update constitutes consent to the revised practices.

7. Liability and Disputes

This notice contains no express warranty disclaimer, liability limitation, indemnity, governing-law clause, arbitration requirement, or dispute-resolution procedure. Those terms may appear in separate website terms, service agreements, or applicable law. The notice also does not specify a private right of action or remedies for privacy violations.

Veradigm may update the notice at any time. Unless otherwise stated, changes become effective immediately when posted. The revision date is the stated method for identifying the latest version; continued Site use indicates consent.
